Positively Looking Ahead in 2017

As we welcome Year 2018, let us first take time to look back for what’s in store in agriculture for this year.

DESPITE being known as one of the biggest agricultural markets in Southeast Asia, Philippines is decidedly traditional when it comes to agricultural methods (among other things). Local rice costs more when compared with, for example, Thailand’s or Vietnam’s.

Wendy De Mesa, Sales Manager of NEXPRO Philippines has a more positive perspective of the country’s direction, “Today, more and more farmers are accepting the idea of farm mechanization as the younger generations are now expressing interest. Their education on its profitability and efficiency has set in.”

“We have actual farmer testimonies that are very happy with their NEXPRO Power Harvester because it has managed to increase [their] harvesting productivity and reduced expenses significantly,” De Mesa added.

There are many types of machinery now that are widely used and available under the NEXPRO brand, namely the combine power harvesters, mini harvesters, tillers, wood chipper-shredder, brush cutters, knapsack sprayers and more. “We can assure our farmers that NEXPRO is a quality brand and thus an affordable and definitely a wise alternative to the much more expensive brands in the market,” assured De Mesa.

And since NEXPRO has been in the market for more than 35 years, farmers can be assured that there is a complete line of replacement spare parts for its maintenance.

“We can assure our farmers that they can depend on NEXPRO. We have been with them for more than 3 decades and we will stay with them for more years and decades to come.”
