Chrysanthemums also possesses medicinal benefits that are often used to lower high blood pressure, treat chest pain, fever, headache, and more.

Areca Palm (Dypsis lutescens)

Pure and healthy air plays an important role in lowering anxiety levels and blood pressure; it helps to relax the mind and improve a person’s mental and physical state.

Snake Plant (Sansevieria trifasciata)

When it comes to eye irritation, headaches or breathing problems, a snake plant would be a great choice to store at home.
